Some of the products presented on the Site may not be available, which is indicated under the main characteristics of the product.

Markdetek and Co. OOD through its website booksforyou.info provides the following service: through the technical resource of the Site, Users can conclude distance purchase and sale contracts within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act with the Merchant by prepaying for the purchased goods or service or paying for them at the time of delivery.

The Merchant reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in case the goods are not available, in case of technical errors in forming the order, as well as in case of incorrect behavior on the part of the User, for which the User will be notified at the email address or phone number provided by them.

The prices of goods and services on the Site DO NOT include the delivery price. Delivery is carried out by Speedy or Econt courier.

When purchasing goods and services, the User expressly declares that they are familiar with these General Terms of Use and undertakes to comply with them. Pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button constitutes a valid statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and binds the User to the terms of the purchase and to these General Terms of Use.

The total value of the order is formed as the sum of the prices of the ordered goods.

Goods with reduced prices are indicated by placing the new price next to the old one, which is crossed out. If no period for the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until quantities are exhausted, but not more than 1 month or 6 months.

Delivery

The User is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract.

In case the goods are sent outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the User must pay all additional fees related to this service.

If the order is placed on a weekend or official holiday, the deadline for its delivery begins to run from the first following working day.

Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User or a person authorized by them. The Merchant is not responsible in case it is established that there are shortages, damages and harm that occurred during transportation of the goods. In case of damage or violations in the external appearance of the goods arising during transport, a protocol for damaged shipment must be drawn up in two identical copies, which is compiled at the moment of receiving the shipment and is signed by the courier and the User.

In case of incorrect or wrong address, contact person and/or phone number when submitting the request, the Merchant is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.

In case of refusal to receive the goods, outside the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the User owes payment of the costs for delivery and return of the goods.

In case the User is not found within the deadline for delivery execution at the specified address or access and conditions for handing over the goods are not provided within this deadline, the Merchant is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods for purchase. The User may confirm their desire to receive the goods even after the expiration of the delivery deadline, during which they were not found at the address, by taking on all subsequent delivery costs. In this case, a corresponding new delivery deadline begins to run from the moment of confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal, Return, and Replacement

The Customer has the right to return ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods under the following conditions:

• The packaging and external appearance of the goods are not damaged and the goods have not been used. Packaging refers to the product packaging itself, not the transport packaging.
• The returned goods must be received at the Merchant’s office no later than the fourteenth day following the date of their initial receipt by the Customer. This must be verified with a signed copy of the waybill accompanying the goods.
• The Customer is obliged to cover the costs of returning the goods, including transport costs and any courier or bank fees related to the refund of the purchase price.
• The Customer has the right to receive ONLY the value of the returned goods, exactly as it was at the time of ordering and purchasing. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. The amount will be refunded within 1 month after receipt of the returned product.

The Customer has no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Fully performed services with the explicit consent of the Customer;
• Fluctuations in financial market prices;
• Custom-made products;
• Goods with a short shelf life or which may perish;
• Individually manufactured products;
• Unsealed hygienic products;
• Used or damaged products;
• Orders made outside the online platform.

Transport costs for return, replacement, and/or claims for goods requested by the Customer are borne exclusively by the Customer. Goods must be addressed to:

Non-acceptance of Order and Unjustified Refusal

1. If the Customer or an authorized person cannot be found or access for delivery is not provided, Markdeturk & Co. Ltd. considers this an unjustified refusal.
2. Markdeturk & Co. Ltd. has the right to send a notification for an unclaimed shipment and to claim costs. Notifications sent electronically are considered received on the date of sending.
3. The Customer may reconfirm their wish to receive the goods by covering the new delivery costs. If the goods are no longer in stock, delivery will not be carried out.
4. The Customer owes reimbursement of delivery and return costs within 7 days, unless otherwise stated.
